Embodied awareness: The role of the Chakras in harnessing human energy and awakening inner knowing.
Ancient eastern wisdom tells us that there are seven chakras (or energy centres) that are aligned along the central channel of the energy body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra is associated with a particular psycho-spiritual theme.
In this workshop we will investigate the attributes of each chakra and explore the potential of chakra meditation for cultivating these qualities in ourselves.
The workshop will include practical exercises in chakra awareness aimed at developing our capacity for felt sensing – tuning into the wisdom within.

Sue lives in Melbourne and has a background in psychology, teaching and educational research. She currently practises as a civil celebrant.
