Being True to Ourselves
Shakespeare compels us “above all to thine own self be true” and Socrates states that an “unexamined life is not worth living”. These ideas reflect the belief that knowing ourselves is essential for understanding our purpose and limitations, whilst providing a compass for navigating our way on life’s journey.
This course will explore what it means for us to know ourselves and in doing so to make better life choices. We will then look at how we can discover and develop our gifts as part of leading a most fulfilling life.
