Resilience – Finding your inner strength
At certain points in life, we are all faced with challenge and adversity. How do we respond under these pressures? Are we resilient? This interactive and practical workshop will explore the nature of resilience and examine the lives of some everyday people who have been exceedingly resilient through great difficulty. Be inspired to find your inner strength, become more resilient and meet life with greater confidence, stability and balance.
Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and works as Director of a small business in the Technology Industry. Michael has been a student at the School of Philosophy for over 20 years. He leads groups, conducts retreats and teaches meditation to people around Australia. Michael’s interest in resilience has arisen from life experience and in particular by the life of his brother who overcame great adversity to live a courageous and inspiring life. Michael has been a regular presenter on resilience and loves sharing stories and strategies on how to continually learn about and develop resilience for greater fulfillment and well-being in life.
